In case the Customer asks for it, Service-Tech S. r. l. can integrate to the services of assistance on-sites, a qualified service of technical Help Desk-1° and -2° level; besides always for the total satisfaction of the Customer organize the management of the exchange parts, and obviously of the warehouse, so as to intervene on-sites as soon as possible, with parts to be replaced.
